Our
horizontal tempered glass is manufacturing by a special heat-treatment
and instant cooling process. Where internal stresses come to equal
in forces and makes it three to five times stronger than normal
annealed glass. |

- 3~5
times stronger than normal annealed glass in stress-resistance and
impact-resistance.
- Interior strain is above 10000psi according ASTM
- Able to take rapid change of temperature in comparison with normal
annealed glass
- (For 5mm in thickness Tempered Glass, it could take up to 200˘J
temperature change)
- When broken, it loses its strain balance and shatters into many
small fragments which prevent major injuries.
- It is normal to find burning spots due to instant cooling process.
